Over the course of two immersive weeks, you’ll dive deep into the art of creating and performing musical theater through a rigorous curriculum. Mornings are dedicated to classes like Songwriting for Musical Theater, Performance Workshop, Story & Narrative, Devised Theater, and Theater Roles & Collaboration. In the afternoons, you will take part in Creative Ensemble, a collaborative experience where you’ll work with your peers to create an original musical to be performed in a final presentation. Plus, you’ll have the chance to participate in a masterclass with a Broadway artist and explore various electives over the course of the program. At Musical Theater Creative Workshop in New York City, you’ll study with industry professionals and become part of a meaningful community with fellow theatermakers.
