Below you'll find the forms required of enrolled Berklee Summer Programs students. Please review the details for each to determine which apply to you. Requirements vary depending on your program.
International Students
1. Complete the I-20 Packet:
International students attending Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive must complete the I-20 Request Packet. This is the first step in applying for your F-1 student visa.
2. How to Submit Your I-20 Request:
You must complete all required pages, as well as submit a copy of the biographical page of your passport and funding documentation. You should submit all of your documents via the Aspire: Five-Week I-20 Request Submission Form.
3. Ready to travel? Complete the International Student Arrival Form first:
International students who are preparing to travel to Boston need to complete the International Student Arrival Form to review our policies and provide us with their local contact information.
