2024 Aspire: Five-Week Check-In Staff Support Needed
The Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive will be kicking off this summer on Friday, July 5. This is an exciting campus-wide event where Berklee welcomes young musicians from all over the world to our community for five unforgettable weeks of music performance and learning.
The Summer Programs team is looking to recruit additional staff support to assist with Colleague check-in during this event.
Some additional details about this opportunity:
- Staff must be available to work on campus for the full 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. shift on Friday, July 5.
- Staff who assist from 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 5 will receive $200. This will be reflected in your paycheck on July 18 less any applicable taxes.
- Lunch will be provided.
- Staff with current Colleague access and familiarity strongly preferred (XCCI, CRI, APPN, and SFAV are the most commonly used Colleague forms during check-in).
Having additional assistance from our colleagues across campus not only makes for a smoother check-in experience for students and families, but also allows those families to feel connected to the wider campus community as they drop off their children for such a significant portion of the summer.
We would love for you to be able to join us and assist with some simple logistical processes, such as checking students into their program via Colleague. If you’re interested and you’ve never done this before, don’t worry! We will offer training to you and you’ll be part of a team operation throughout the day.
